Connection service

Home Project Relay reviews inquiries for possible introductions to independent providers. We are not a trade contractor and do not perform or supervise work. Submitting an inquiry does not create a work agreement or guarantee a response, match, price, qualification or outcome.

Independent decisions

You decide whether to contact or hire a provider. Providers set their own availability, estimates, scope and terms. Verify credentials, insurance and written agreements before hiring. Any service contract is directly between homeowner and provider.

Permissions and accurate information

Submit only a project you are authorized to discuss and accurate contact information you may use. Inquiry contact permission is limited to that inquiry. Specific provider sharing requires separate permission. Do not submit sensitive personal information or illegal or abusive content.

Availability and commercial disclosures

Home Project Relay accepts homeowner project inquiries and contractor interest. Possible introductions depend on verified service fit, provider availability and separate homeowner permission naming the provider. Future provider referral arrangements may involve compensation; any applicable arrangement must be disclosed before an introduction. This site does not take payments or send automated calls or texts.
