Privacy notice · October 8, 2026

Your details deserve care.

This notice explains how Home Project Relay handles inquiry information. Online forms accept inquiries for review, subject to the contact permission you choose.

Information requested

The form requests your name, preferred contact method, email or phone, ZIP, service, project description and timeline. It records the exact contact permission text and version, the server timestamp, submission identifier and an allowlisted website source. No photo upload is offered.

Business interest in leads

The contractor form asks for your business name, email, services and areas, with your name optional. It records your exact email follow-up permission, its version, the server timestamp and a submission identifier. We use this to review your interest and talk about whether buying leads might work for your business. It does not agree to a paid plan or lead delivery.

Later conversations may record your response, lead requirements, capacity, exclusivity and proposed or agreed prices. Business research may record public sources and dates. Evidence of advertising spend is kept separate from general signs of growth. These business records are private and do not make a buyer ready to receive homeowner information.

Purpose and permissions

Information is used to review your inquiry, clarify details and respond by your chosen method. It is not authorization for marketing, automated calls or texts. We do not send inquiries to providers without separate permission identifying the recipient and verified service fit.

Security and service providers

Home Project Relay uses Vercel for website hosting and Supabase for private inquiry storage. Inquiry records are not available for public browsing. Request network information is converted into a protected identifier to limit repeated submissions; the intake application does not store raw IP addresses. Hosting services may process request information under their own policies. These safeguards support private handling; no website can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and analytics

No analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts are included. The form temporarily retains a random submission identifier in browser session storage so retries can be handled safely. It does not store personal form answers in browser storage. A selected public service category may be kept briefly in session storage to carry a category link into the inquiry form. Approved social source, medium and optional campaign codes may also be kept for this browser session and recorded privately with your inquiry. Arbitrary tracking values and referrer URLs are discarded; this does not activate third-party analytics.

Retention and requests

Retention and deletion are handled through our inquiry review process. Inquiry data must be kept only as long as needed for review, contact, dispute handling or applicable obligations. You can mail a request to access, correct or delete your inquiry or business-interest information to the address below. Include enough information to locate the inquiry; do not send sensitive identification documents. We will verify the request before disclosure.
